Delivery, Collection & Shipping Information

At QuadFactors, we aim to make purchasing and servicing quads, ATVs, and parts as straightforward as possible. The following information outlines how our delivery, collection, and shipping services operate, along with important conditions customers should be aware of before placing an order.


Quad Pickup & Delivery (Servicing & Sales)

We offer a pickup and delivery service for quads and ATVs for both servicing and completed sales, helping to reduce downtime and inconvenience.

Service Details

  • Pickup and delivery are available for quads and ATVs only
  • This service applies to machines purchased from QuadFactors or booked in for servicing or repair
  • €35 per journey (each way) within 15km of our Kells Business Park location
  • Charges apply separately for collection and return
  • Customers located outside this area must contact us in advance for a customised quote

Pickup and delivery availability is subject to vehicle availability, scheduling, and workload. While we aim to accommodate preferred dates, timing cannot always be guaranteed.

Customers may also choose to drop off and collect machines themselves during normal business hours.


Online Orders & Courier Delivery

We work with a number of trusted courier partners to provide reliable delivery of parts, accessories, and smaller items throughout Ireland and Europe.

Republic of Ireland

  • Orders placed before 1:00pm are typically dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability
  • Standard delivery is usually next working day, but may take 2–3 working days depending on courier demand, location, or peak periods
  • Delivery charges generally range from €10–€15, depending on size, weight, and packaging requirements

UK & Europe

  • Delivery is available for items under 25kg only
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days
  • Delivery charges may be up to €25, depending on destination and carrier

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to courier performance, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.


Additional Shipping Costs

While we aim to quote delivery costs accurately at checkout or point of sale, some orders may require additional shipping charges.

This can occur due to:

  • Oversized or unusually shaped items
  • Weight exceeding standard courier limits
  • Multi-box or palletised shipments
  • Remote or hard-to-access delivery locations
  • Changes to courier pricing after order placement

In such cases, QuadFactors reserves the right to contact the customer after purchase to advise of any additional shipping costs before dispatch. Orders will not be shipped until these costs are agreed.


Inspection of Goods on Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting all items immediately upon delivery.

We strongly recommend:

  • Checking all parts against the invoice
  • Comparing replacement parts with the removed originals, particularly engine and mechanical components
  • Reporting any discrepancies, damage, or missing items before fitting or use

Returns & Incorrect Parts

  • Parts that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged
  • QuadFactors cannot accept responsibility for incorrect parts once they have been fitted
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility before installation

General Conditions

  • Delivery services are subject to availability and may change during busy periods
  • QuadFactors is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers
  • Risk transfers to the customer once goods are delivered and signed for
